Audience members are able to exchange tickets up until 24 hours prior to the start of the original performance date, free of charge.
Due to the nature of our programming, we are unable to offer refunds to guests who purchase tickets and do not attend their performance.
In the rare event that a performance has been rescheduled or cancelled, audience members will be given a refund or the opportunity to exchange their tickets for another performance.
BOOM is proud to offer a discount to senior citizens and current students at any level of their education.
Audience members who arrive after a performance has begun will be seated at the discretion of Box Office.
If a performance has sold out and guests who have purchased tickets fail to claim them by 7:50 pm, BOOM reserves the right to sell those seats to any potential audience members waiting in the lobby area. As a courtesy, Patron Services, or the assisting Box Office attendant, has clearance to hold the performance for up to ten minutes if needed.
